Cardiff and Co shortlisted for two marketing awards
Cardiff & Co has been shortlisted for two marketing awards for its recent efforts to promote the city.
The DVD, Cardiff: The Capital opportunity which presents an overview of the city by Cardiff’s Ambassadors has reached a shortlist of the top 4 promotional DVD’s in the UK by the Marketing Industry Marketing Awards (MIMA). The award ceremony will take place at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London on 16 October.
Cardiff & Co has also been shortlisted by Canmol Wales Marketing Awards for a range of activities which position the city as a great place to live, invest, work, visit and study. Applications for this year’s awards were of an extremely high standard according to the organisers. They were particularly impressed by Cardiff & Co’s innovative web site, the production of a DVD providing an enticing overview of the city’s offer and PR activities which have generated significant exposure for the city region. The awards will be presented at Cardiff’s Park Plaza Hotel on 15 October.
